PRIVACY POLICY:
At CorsetMaking.com we respect your privacy and security! Our mailing lists are never sold or traded! Your orders are transmitted and processed using our secure server. We know that a customer who feels safe and respected will be returning customer!
CHECK OR MONEY ORDER PAYMENT POLICY:
Checks will take 14 - 20 days to clear after they are deposited. Money orders are cleared upon arrival (so it's a much better choice if you need your order shipped quickly.)

SHIPPING POLICIES:
- DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Preferred shipping method for domestic orders is UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipments must be delivered to a street address. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes by UPS... Shipping charges will be billed again for any returned orders that must be re-sent to a valid address.
If a P.O. Box address is given for an order with UPS selected as the shipping method then we will ship via USPS Priority Mail instead. Customer will be billed if any additional shipping charges apply.
Other shipping methods may be requested if necessary, additional charges may apply. The shipping charge will be added to your merchandise total and charged after your order has been pulled, boxed and weighed. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days (our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays)... you will be notified if anything is backordered or if there will be a substantial delay for any reason.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International orders are welcome.... we ship all over the globe! All payment for international orders however must be in US Dollars. Credit cards, PayPal (in US Dollars), and International Money Orders (in US Dollars) are all acceptable. International personal checks or business checks however cannot be accepted due to long check clearing time and bank fees.
Buyer is responsible for any customs/duties charges. Delicious LLC/CorsetMaking.com cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery due to customs procedures.
USPS Airmail Parcel Post delivery is typically 2-3 weeks or longer, with delays possible due to the customs of the incoming country. Claims for delayed Airmail Parcel Post shipments cannot be filed until 60 days after shipping date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their country's customs in the case of detained packages. Buyer is responsible for any taxes or customs charges; we have no control over these fees, they are imposed by your country. Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of merchandise total plus shipping charges. Shipping charges will be billed again for any unclaimed orders that must be re-sent.
- APO / FPO SHIPPING:
APO / FPO shipments please choose the appropriate APO/FPO shipping option. Your shipping & handling fees will be determined and then billed seperately to your credit card or PayPal account. If you are sending a check or money order, you will be contacted via email with the amount to add to your payment to cover shipping costs.
- SHIPPING TIMES:
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and orders are not processed during these times. Any orders received after 3pm will not begin processing until the following business day.
You will be notified if anything is backordered or if there will be a substantial delay for any reason.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is charged on applicable items only on orders sent within the state of Pennsylvania. PA state sales tax is currently 6 percent, orders sent within the city of Philadelphia include an extra 2 percent city tax for a total of 8 percent.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
All cut goods are sold by the full yard only, with the exception of the heat shrinkable lace tipping which is sold by the foot. We are no longer able to sell by fractional measurements.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
All sales are final except for damaged or incorrect goods. If any merchandise was received damaged or incorrect merchandise was accidentally shipped, please contact us for Return Authorization within 14 days for store credit or exchange.
After 14 days return eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us.
- RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
Authorization is required before returning anything to our warehouse. You must call or email us to let us know what items you want to return. Once approved an RMA number will be generated and emailed to you and must be prominently marked on the outside of the package or included inside the package along with the items approved for return. Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA number.
- CONDITION OF GOODS:
Returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition in which they were sent out (clean, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging) for an exchange or store credit (minus shipping costs.)
- RESTOCKING FEES:
Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
Return shipping costs and replacement item shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser except in the case of damaged items or incorrectly shipped items.
