We have a strict system of checks and double checks in place as we pull and fulfill every order. We strive for 100% accuracy at all times, but occasionally human error cannot be helped and in those situations we will work with you to make sure any discrepancies are corrected.
Please read the information below. If your issue is still not resolved please contact us and we be sure to correct it.
Check and Double Check the Entire Package and Packing Materials:
Inventory All Items in Your Package:
Are the missing items marked as Backordered?
Did the package arrive damaged in any way?
During packing we will wrap and cushion all goods to make sure they are not damaged by shifting during transit. Please check and double check the entirety of the package and the packing materials. Nine out of ten times "missing" items are found wrapped in packing paper.
All packages go through an Invoicing Step, a Picking Step, and a Packaging Step so that package contents are checked multiple times by different people. Although human error can still occur, we try to make it as rare as possible by incorporating these multiple checks during the fulfillment procedure.
Be sure to go through all rubber banded items and items contained in plastic bags. For example, sometimes it looks as though a small plastic bag might only contain a dozen small components, when in fact the entire amount ordered are actually inside.
Backordered items are identified as such on our site and on your invoice. We allow items to be backorderd through our site so that an entire order does not have to be delayed if only one item is out of stock. This allows you to order all the things you want in one purchase and not have to pay a separate shipping charge for a backordered item once it is back in stock.
Occasionally packages can be damaged by machinery in the shipper's sorting facility. If your package arrived damaged in any way (crushed, torn, open) inspect the goods to see if all items ordered arrived undamaged and in their entirety. If items are missing or damaged you will need to save the box and packaging so that we can help you file a claim.
