RMA's & Returns
All sales are final except for damaged or incorrect goods.
If any damaged items were received, or items not matching your invoice, contact us within 14 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) allowing the approved items to be sent back for store credit or exchange.
After 14 days return eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis. Please contact us.
Return Authorization (RMA #)
An RMA Number is required for all packages being sent to our facility.
Call or email us to let us know what items you wish to return
If eligible, an RMA number will be issued and emailed to you
Mark the RMA on the outside of the package, or include it inside along with the items approved for return
Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA number
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our facility, and the shipment cost for any exchanged items back to the buyer
Once checked in, approved items are eligible for store credit for the product cost. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Condition of Goods
Returned items must arrive back to us in the same condition in which they were sent out - clean, unused, undamaged, and with original product packaging.
Restocking Fees
Returned items, including refused or unclaimed packages, are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping costs.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs and replacement item shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of damaged items or incorrectly shipped items.
