On Wednesday September 28th Hurricane Ian touched down in Florida causing severe flooding and damage to our warehouse and throughout the state.
Our Florida team is all safe, but the St. James City warehouse remains inaccessible due to damage to Pine Island Road and Matlacha Bridge.
We are working diligently to get stock replaced and order fulfillment up and running from our Philadelphia location. Because of this, order fulfillment will take a little extra time - we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Q: Can I place an order from your Marketplace store?
A: No, for the time being we've had to suspend orders from our Etsy, eBay, and Amazon stores as well as our main website.
Q: Can I call you to place an order or to find out an order status?
A: At the moment we can only communicate via email. We'll have phone calls forwarded to our PA location very soon.
Q: When can I place my really important order?
A: We'll be making a limited range of our products available via the website soon.
Q: What about the order I already placed via your Marketplace store?
A: We've cancelled and refunded all Etsy, eBay, and Amazon orders that were placed after our last mail pickup on 9/27.
Q: What about the order I already placed via your website?
A: If we're unable to fulfill the order from our PA location we'll contact you with an option to cancel the order or backorder any currently unavailable products. We'll be reaching out to anyone with outstanding orders to see how you'd like to proceed.
