Shipping Policies
Domestic Shipping:
Domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS), Federal Express (FedEx), or United Parcel Service (UPS.)
FedEx and UPS shipments require a valid US street address - they cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
Shipping Carrier may be changed at our discression. When orders have to be split into more than one box, multiple carriers may be used.
In the case that a FedEx or UPS shipping method was selected and a P.O. Box was provided as the shipping address, then we reserved the option to ship via a comparable USPS method. Customer will be billed if any additional shipping charges apply.
Shipping charges will be re-billed for any returned packages that must be re-sent to a valid address.
Other shipping methods may be requested if necessary. Any additional shipping charges will be added to your total and charged after your order has been pulled, boxed and weighed.
International Shipping:
International orders are welcome... we ship all over the globe!
All payments for international orders are taken in US Dollars.
Delicious LLC cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery due to customs procedures. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their country's customs in the case of detained packages.
Buyer is responsible for any taxes or customs charges; we have no control over these fees, they are imposed by your country. Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of merchandise total plus shipping charges.
Shipping charges will be billed again for any unclaimed orders that must be re-sent.
Other shipping methods may be requested if necessary. Any additional shipping charges will be added to your total and charged after your order has been pulled, boxed and weighed.
Order Processing Time:
Orders Processing Time refers to the amount of time between when your order was submitted and when it ships from our warehouse.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays - orders are not processed during those times.
Orders received after 3pm will begin processing the following business day.
You will be notified if anything is backordered or if there will be a substantial delay for any reason.
Shipping Time in Transit:
A shipping carrier's estimated Time in Transit refers to the time from a package's pickup to it's arrival.
Although Delicious passes on these estimated times to you, the shipping carrier is ultimately responsible for any delays after a package has left our warehouse.
