Shipping Rates

Domestic Shipping

By default our shopping cart will allow you to select various shipping services from USPS or UPS for domestic shipping within the Continental United States. The rates are determined based on the package size, weight, and insured value of your order using the live rate calculators provided by UPS and the US Postal Service.

You are always able to see the shipping charge prior to completing your order by using our Shipping Calculator on the Basket Page of our site:

  1. Place the items you want into the online shopping cart (This allows the cart to calculate the weight and dimensions of your package.)
  2. Click the "Estimate Shipping" link from the basket page
  3. Enter your State, Postal Code, and Country
  4. A drop down list will show you the available shipping methods to your location with their prices

..and that's all there is to it!

International Shipping

We ship all over the world! Our Shipping Calculator allows you to see the various shipping options available to you in your country (whatever it might be) and gives you the price for each shipping option so that you can determine your total cost before finalizing the order... talk about convenient!

International shipping methods are determined by the weight and dimensions of your package, so to determine your shipping costs before finalizing your order simply follow these steps:

  1. Place the items you want into the online shopping cart (This allows the cart to calculate the weight and dimensions of your package.)
  2. Click the "Estimated Shipping" link from the basket page
  3. Enter your State, Postal Code, and Country
  4. A drop down list will show you the available shipping methods to your location with their prices

..and that's all there is to it!

Most countries will offer Priority International and Priority Express International; these services seem to be the most reliable USPS International shipping methods. If you need to arrange a different shipping method (UPS, FedEx, etc) just contact us! Be aware that every country's customs procedures and duties are different, and sometimes delays will occur based on your country's policies.

Rates Not Available

Occasionally the UPS or USPS rate calculators may not be able to provide a shipping rate at the time your order is placed. This may occur if there is a typo in your address, if the address format is not typed properly during the checkout process, or sometimes the rate calculators simply "go down." In these cases the Shipping Charge will say "Unable to Calculate Shipping Charge" and someone will contact you by phone or email to give you the available shipping options. Once confirmed, the shipping will be added as a separate charge using the same method of payment as the original order.
