Backorders
Occasionally items from our inventory may be temporarily unavailable as we are waiting for them to be restocked. We don't want these rare instances to prevent you from being able to place your order. For this reason we have created a Backorder system which will allow you to order the goods you need even if they are still in transit to our warehouse.
While shopping, backordered items will display a red button saying "Pre-Order" rather than the normal gold button that says "Add to Cart". The items will also be identified as "Backordered" in your Shopping Cart and on your emailed Invoice.
Domestic Orders:
If your backordered goods are expected to arrive within a reasonable amount of time then we will hold your order until all goods are ready to ship. We will then ship your order complete.
If backordered goods are expected to be delayed for any reason then we will ship your in-stock goods immediately and ship the backordered goods once they are ready. There are no addition charges for backorder shipments.
International Orders:
If your backordered goods are expected to arrive within a reasonable amount of time then we will hold your order until all goods are ready to ship. We will then ship your order complete.
If backordered goods are expected to be delayed for any reason then we will contact you via email to let you know the expected re-stocking date. We can either hold your order until complete or we can cancel the backorderd item and ship the in-stock goods immediately.
