Where's My Stuff?
Unfortunately, sometimes after a package leaves our hands it can be delayed, mis-routed, damaged, or, on rare occasion, cannot be found by the shipping carrier.
We are here to help you deal with these unfortunate situations as quickly and efficiently as possible.
It is important that you provide a correct and actively checked email address when placing your order so that you receive your Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation, and Tracking Number. The quicker a problem is noticed, the better the chance of a speedy resolution.
My package tracking says that it's been delivered, but I have not received it!:
Here's what to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it:
Verify the Shipping Address from your order; Check for typos.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery on or near your door.
Check if the package was left with a family member or housemate.
Check if the package was left with a neighbor or neighboring business.
Check if the package was left on a back porch, behind a screen door, or in a mailbox.
If none of these steps result in finding your package:
• First contact your local post office or UPS facility so you can speak with the mail carrier or UPS driver who delivered your package to get further information.
• Secondly, if the carrier is unable to help you locate the package, you will need to contact the police to report the theft of the package.
• We can help you by providing any information you need to initiate a claim or file a police report, but Delicious LLC cannot be held responsible for stolen packages.
Filing a Claim for Undelivered or Damaged Packages:
Claim must be filed no sooner than 15 days (Priority) or 7 days (Express) and no later than 60 days from mailing date.
Customer takes full responsibility for the items we ship. We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages once they have entered the postal system
In the event that your shipment is lost or is not delivered for any reason, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier
We are unable to financially reimburse you for the loss, or ship replacement merchandise until a claim has been filed
We are unable to financially reimburse you for the loss, or ship replacement merchandise should USPS, UPS, FedEx, or your country's postal system reject your claim
Domestic Claims usually take about 14-20 days to complete, International Claims can take between 30 and 60 days to complete
Once a successful claim has been closed, Delicious LLC can issue a replacement or refund for any covered costs
Sometimes package deliveries are delayed from their estimated delivery date which is unfortunately beyond our control. If you need a "Date Definite Guarantee" please contact us as only certain carriers are able to offer that service. If your order is substantially delayed please contact us and we will initiate a trace or claim with the carrier to help you locate your package.
