FAQ's
Can I use multiple promotions or keycodes on a single order?
No. Promotional offers may not be combined; however, we encourage you to use all of the promotional codes for which you are eligible. Simply use one keycode per order and make sure you use each keycode prior to its expiration date.
How do I apply a promotion code I received?
Promotion codes (sometimes referred to as "promo codes" or "keycodes") may be redeemed at checkout. After filling your cart with all the supplies you need, simply click into Checkout from within Your Cart. During the checkout process look for the link labeled "Keycode" (it's near the Girt Card field.) Just type the keycode into that field and click the "Apply" button to add the promotion code to your order.
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
To redeem a Gift Card, simply shop for the supplies you need, then during checkout, look for the Gift Card field. Redeeming a Gift Card will require you to create an account (if you don't already have one,) and will convert your Gift Card amount into a customer credit that can be used multiple times until the enter balance has been spent.
Gift Cards may be redeemed along with a promotion or keycode.
Why isn't my promo code working?
There are a number of reasons why a keycode might fail. Please ensure that you've correctly typed or copied it into the keycode field (not the Gift Card field,) and make sure that it hasn't yet expired. Keep in mind that only one promotion code can be used on each order. If everything seems valid and the promotion code fails, please contact us for assistance.
How can I receive promotions?
To ensure you receive promotions and communications from us, make sure you opt in to receive our newsletter. Simply sign up in the footer of any page on our website.
